Why do we have NAIPO Trial User program?
At NAIPO, we are committed to develop the massagers from the perspective of the consumers and improving our products constantly. The program is for our released products. We will provide limited free trial products to the applicants in exchange for the unbiased reviews about the product quality, workmanship, functions and massage effects. The applicants should love testing the massagers and it would be appreciated if the reviews can be shared publicly.
Extra Fees and Product Return?
Once you are chosen to test a NAIPO Trial product, it will become yours totally for FREE. No extra fees needed and no need to return the product.
Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants must reside in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Spain or Australia only.
Can I apply for multi products at one time?
No. You can only apply 1 product at one time. Stay tuned with us, you can apply product in next round.
How will I be notified of the apply result?
We will contact the final Trial User eligible applicants by email. Please reply the notification email within 72 hours, or your qualification will be forfeited.

What are the program responsibilities?
Success applicants are expected to test the new product and give us unbiased Trial Report based on the quality, workmanship, functions and massage effects including the suggestions about the improvement. The Trial Report should be submit promptly, or it would affect your future applications on new products.
How to submit the Trial Report?
After receive the product, please try and submit the Trial Report to
naipocare.com. The direct link available at your received email.

> Select the product that you would like to apply.
> Fill in the application form and submit.
NAIPO reserves the rights to judge and determine an applicant's acceptance as the Trial User Program.
